I have contacted Saver Homes Ltd. for the first time in an emergency situation for boiler repair, followed by a gas safety inspection. The engineer has responded straight away and promptly arranged a visit despite it being Sunday. He arrived as scheduled and kept me updated on the progress and job undertaken. I had very positive feedback from the tenants regarding the visit afterwards. Overall a very pleasant experience with Saver Homes Ltd. I received a honest, highly professional service and will be working with Saver Homes Ltd. in the future.

Before contact a large company for repairs and maintenance consider my previous experience:

You could get an acceptable service from a large organization whose name pops up first on the search engine, and it may sound like you are getting a well trusted service, but the quality is inconsistent. They may send an experienced engineer, or a trainee at the same price. In general, both would not be bothered much about the quality of work as it is the reputation of the organization, not the private person on the line. If you are unlucky and get poor, or even harmful service, getting the repairs and/or refund gets you on a path of endless phone calls and e-mails where you talk to layers and sub layers of call centers.

In summary:

Avoid large organizations. Look for private traders. Check their reviews. Contact Saver Homes Ltd. if you are lucky to be in their area of service which is quite wide, don’t hesitate to give them a call or a message on WhatsApp it’s worth it.
